YouthBridge Welcomes the U.S. Green Building Council and We Stories as New Clients

YouthBridge welcomes the U.S. Green Building Council – Missouri Gateway Chapter and We Stories as new nonprofit fund clients.  The U.S. Green Building Council created an endowment at YouthBridge to ensure the long-term sustainability of the organization. We Stories chose YouthBridge to serve as its fiscal sponsor while the organization awaits its tax-exempt designation.

The Missouri Gateway Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council works closely with decision-makers, the AEC industry and the general public to transform the built environment of eastern Missouri and southwestern Illinois.  It acts as a voice for green building while focusing on transforming landscapes, interiors, new and historic buildings into more enduring respectful, sustainable public spaces.  For more information on the U.S. Green Building Council visit them at http://www.usgbc-mogateway.org/

We Stories uses the power of children’s literature to create conversation, change and hope in St. Louis and a stronger, more equitable and inclusive future for all.  An important part of itsvision is a robust cross-racial community of families advocating together for racial justice.  The organization’s work creates an entry point for families to join in a lifelong journey of discovering what it means to be part of a multiracial, multicultural, 21st century city.  For more information on We Stories them them at http://www.westories.org/#welcome
