YouthBridge Welcomes Riviera Ell

YouthBridge is proud to welcome Riviera Ell, a St. Louis native and aspiring nurse practitioner, as a new team member through the Pershing Fellowship in Nonprofit Leadership. While pursuing her nursing degree at Saint Louis University, Riviera founded and leads SLU Vogue, a student organization that promotes inclusivity and self-expression through fashion and design. At YouthBridge, she is leading key projects to evaluate the impact of our Heritage grants, analyze current giving to inform future strategies, and build foundational infrastructure for national accreditation. Her fellowship reflects a strong commitment to nonprofit leadership, community service, and a deeper connection to the St. Louis community—values that align closely with YouthBridge’s mission.
