Much like retail gift cards, charitable giving cards are given to celebrate holidays, birthdays or other special occasions. They are also a great way to say thank you or I’m thinking of you.

When will my cards be ready?
For sales of physical cards, you can expect cards to be mailed as follows:
- Under 20 cards – mailed within 3 business days
- 20 to 100 cards – mailed within 5 business days
- 101 or more cards – mailed within 10 business days
For digital sales, we expect to issue cards as follows:
- Under 20 cards – issued the next business day
- Over 20 cards – issued within 5 business days

Please allow additional time for your order to reach you by US Postal Service once mailed.
I received a charitable giving card; how do I redeem it?
- Go to youthbridge.org and click on the Giving Card box in the banner on the top of the page.
- Check the expiration date on the back of your card and select the Redeem Card button based on the expiration date.
- Enter your card number and follow the instructions on the screen for redeeming your card.
Can I redeem my charitable giving card for more than one charity?
My charity received a charitable giving card; how do I redeem it?

How quickly do charities get paid?
Do they have an expiration date?
Yes. Giving cards expire 12 months from the date issued. The expiration date is listed on the back of each card.If a giving card expires, the unused gift amount will be swept into a fund at YouthBridge Community Foundation. YouthBridge will use that money to make grants to nonprofit organizations serving children and youth. All proceeds go to nonprofit organizations.
Does YouthBridge benefit from the giving cards?
No. YouthBridge does not benefit financially from the charitable giving card program; it is meant to benefit the community, and we administer this program as a community service.
Administration fees offset a portion of the costs we incur in administering this program. The fee will be shown before you place your order. Proceeds (if any) will be granted to nonprofit organizations.

Charitable Giving Card Terms & Conditions
The terms and conditions of giving cards are as follows:
- Giving cards may be redeemed to benefit any United States 501(c)(3) public charity.
- Giving cards may not be redeemed for cash, to support a political campaign, or to pay for personal expenses incurred by a relative, including tuition.
- No tangible personal benefit, including tickets to events, raffle tickets, goods or services, may be received in exchange for the redemption of the card.
- Redeeming the giving card is not tax deductible.
- Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
- This card’s charitable value not redeemed by the expiration date will be granted to YouthBridge Community Foundation for use towards its mission of serving children and youth charities.
