In 1973 Bruce joined his father’s business, U.S. Tool Grinding in Desloge, MO. Bruce’s knack for innovation and design of specialized production equipment, tools and processes has grown US Tool to be the largest cutting tool reconditioning company in the world. US Tool provides cutting tools and manufacturing supplies to help build critical aerospace products including the F35 Fighter Jet, SpaceX rockets, the new B-21 Stealth Bomber as well as most commercial and private aircraft. One of his sons, Brent is working side by side with Bruce as the President of US Tool Group as they continue the legacy of US Tool.
